New Delhi

After getting some rest, start your Golden Triangle tour from Delhi, by visiting tourist sites such as Qutub Minar, Red Fort, Humanyu tomb, Akshardham temple, Jama Masjid, India Gate and Lotus Temple.

Delhi to Agra

Drive to Agra in an air-conditioned car. This is only a two-hour drive (165km) from Delhi if we go through the expressway. Agra has been the most popular tourism destination in India for many decades. Begin your sightseeing in Agra with a visit to Agra Fort, built by Emperor Akbar in 1566. The fort has two sections, including Diwan-I-Am, a large hall made of red sandstone where Emperor Akbar used to hear public petitions. The other is Diwan-I-Khas. Here the emperor used to have meetings with foreign ambassadors and rulers of other states. View the magnificent Taj Mahal at sunrise and sunset to take in this marvellous monument’s different colours. Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri are the three World Heritage sites in Agra. The Taj is also listed as one of the seven wonders of the world.

Agra to Jaipur

Jaipur, the second destination of the Golden Triangle trip, is also known as the Pink City and the capital of Rajasthan. Named after King Jai Singh, the city boasts beautiful palaces, forts, gardens, and temples. Visit the City Palace, a stunning complex built by Raja Man Singh in 1729, now a museum. Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II also built Jantar Mantar as an observatory and created Hawa Mahal for royal ladies to enjoy street views. Explore Jal Mahal, a palace in Mansagar Lake, and the towering Jai Garh Fort. Other highlights include Birla Temple, Govind Dev Ji Temple, Moti Dungri Temple, and the majestic Amer and Nahargarh forts.

Jaipur to Delhi

After sightseeing in Jaipur, we will drive you back to Delhi to end your Golden Triangle tour package.
